The integration of up to four spindles in a single spindle head enables a significant increase in productivity. These spindles can be equipped with different speeds and fitted with wheels with different grits to achieve a variety of machining steps in a single pass. This leads not only to reduced machining times but also to an increased quality of the finished workpieces.

Description

The internal IG IS grinding machine is suitable to grind parts up to 200 mm length. Its center height is of 230 mm. It’s extremely customizable and available in many configurations, according to customers’ requests. The standard bed is in natural granite, to ensure the best thermal stability. There are many options available for this grinding machine: B-axis, linear motors, automatic loading/unloading systems, measuring systems, rests, etc. There are two software available: MICRON®, developed internally by Lizzini, and GrindSELECT, developed in cooperation with Haas Schlifmaschinen GmbH.
